Simple rules and ideas often get overlooked because they are simple. We go looking for a new innovative idea that will blow the world away. Who wants to think simple thoughts. We are bigger than that. We as human beings have a tendency to believe complex and intricate is more important. We didn’t get to the moon with simple technology did we? Do you think John Kennedy had any idea of how to get us to the moon? No of course not, but he had a simple belief that we could do it. Thought is the birth place of action and creation.
I listened to career coach Hallie Crawford’s audio feeds, through her article titled “Creating Career Possibilities“, this morning and found myself swept up in uplifting simplicity and common sense information that I know to be true. It is so easy for us to forget these basic principles of success, particularly when you are unemployed and feeling down. For those of you that cannot turn yourselves around easily by reading good positive information or joining a networking group, I would recommend seeking a professional career coach. Lance Armstrong crosses the finish line as an individual, but he would never make it without his eight team members.
